Are all Aurealloquat pieces handmade?

Handwork plays a different role in each Aurealloquat piece. Some designs, including our silk jewelry and embroidered textile pieces, are shaped, stitched, or assembled by hand. Others bring together distinctive materials and carefully hand-finished details.

You’ll find the specific materials and making process for each design on its product page. We believe in describing every piece honestly, while honoring the skilled hands and thoughtful processes behind it.

Will my piece look exactly like the photographs?

Because many pieces are shaped or finished by hand, small variations in form, color placement, texture, or finish may naturally occur. These details are not considered defects; they are part of what gives each piece its individual character.

What materials are used for your earrings?

Materials vary by design. Please refer to the Product Details section on each product page for the most accurate information about silk, wire, beads, hooks, clasps, plating, and other components.

Our current collection uses metal ear hooks, gold-tone metal findings, or gold-tone hoop clasps, as specified on each product page. We do not represent these components as sterling silver, hypoallergenic, or nickel-free unless explicitly supported by verified material documentation.

Individual sensitivities vary. If you have a known metal allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before ordering.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Orders are carefully checked and prepared within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the destinations available in the country selector and at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather, and peak seasons may occasionally cause delays.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes. U.S. orders of $65 USD or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. For U.S. orders under $65 USD and for international orders, available shipping rates are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link. You can also select “Track Your Order” in the website footer and enter your order or tracking number.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees are not included in the order total and, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Care

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Products modified with custom clip-on findings, alternative hooks, or other customer-requested changes are not eligible for preference-based returns or exchanges.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please email support@aurealloquat.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue carefully and help you with the appropriate next step.

How should I care for my piece?

Keep your piece away from water, perfume, lotions, oils, and prolonged humidity. Avoid pulling, crushing, or placing heavy objects on delicate silk and textile forms.

When not in use, store it individually in a dry, shaded jewelry box or pouch. Please also follow any design-specific care instructions shown on the product page.
