Thank you for choosing Aurealloquat. Each order is checked and prepared with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom and Europe: 8–15 business days

  • Australia and New Zealand: 8–15 business days

  • Other available destinations: 10–20 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, local carrier conditions, and peak shopping periods may cause delays.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Orders under $65 USD: $9.99 standard shipping

  • Orders of $65 USD or more: Complimentary standard shipping

International Destinations

We ship to selected international destinations available in the country selector and at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the destination.

International orders do not currently qualify for the U.S. $65 complimentary shipping offer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local handling charges are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by the destination country and local authorities.

If a package is returned because customs charges were refused or unpaid, applicable original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and customs fees may be deducted from the refund.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact support@aurealloquat.com as soon as possible if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Tracking

A tracking link will be sent by email after dispatch. Tracking information may take several business days to update after the carrier receives the package.
